Well folks, it's happened. The one whose name must not be mentioned, we all know who he is, has gotten Rockman Canyon Press to release a book of short stories. What the title means is anyone's guess. Plot Smith tried to explain it to me and I thought I understood at the time, but you know how that goes. I kind of like the cover, though, and Vera Blue Raven Studios has some great stuff over on their web site. Her latest is amazing, still in work, but I saw it the other day and, wow.
Check out the book. It's available for free right now. Use the coupon number displayed on the book's blog (link nearby) to get a copy. Paperback edition coming soon. I scanned it and didn't see anything too scandalous but I guess that depends on who you are. I hope everyone can keep an open mind, this time.
Im saiyng it again!! If he makes me out to be an idot again. I'm takilng LAYWER here. My grilfriend agrees with me on this.
ReplyDeleteRelax, already Parker. If anyone has a beef it's me and my family but do you see us raising a stink? Anyway, the less said the better. I'm waiting for my wife to read it and tell me what she thinks.
ReplyDeleteJust noticed. How come I have 2 profiles here? Oh well. Guess I'm special.
ReplyDeleteI finally got around to reading it. Got the free edition with the coupon of course. He was easier on my family than his last book, but I can see what Toadson was talking about. Hal doesn't fare well either, but, he's Hal, so to be expected. Parker, I don't think you should take it personally.
ReplyDeleteIm redying it now if hes made me into an oidit again like last tim is all im sayingh not resnsobalbe for the consectquences!!!

ReplyDeleteI read the book. The usual stuff we’ve come to expect. Not really qualified to speak to literary merits, if any, but glad to see he treated my great uncle (I guess that’s what he was) Elmer Bohannon respectively. I loaned him the letters but there really wasn’t much about them in these stories. He’s been pretty good to the family, considering.
